• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Provide support for phone systems
  • Perform backups of servers
  • Perform necessary updates and upgrades to servers, computers, and software
  • Provide support IT help desk support for end users as a first point of contact.
  • Provide desktop and laptop support for issues related to hardware, software, active directory, Email, printing, networking, etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Entry to 4 years of relevant IT experience required
  • Experience providing IT support to a manufacturing environment (preferably automotive).
  • Experience in helpdesk priorities and procedures
  • Strong problem solving and customer service experience.
