JOB FUNCTION and SKILLS:

  • Coordinates or assists with the development and delivery of technical, shop floor team member training and development curriculum
  • Formulates training programs and schedules programs
  • Ensures that pilot training sessions are conducted and measured to determine effectiveness  
  • Coordinates and assists with the administration and delivery of training processes
  • Maintains training records and documents
  • Ability to effectively present training information to production team members
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent project and analytical skills
  • Solid working knowledge of, and experience with: spreadsheet, electronic mail, database, desktop publishing, Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
  • Greater than two (2) years of progressive HR work in a training and development capacity
  • Experience in facilitating technical skills training
  • Experience at an Automotive OEM and/or Tier1 supplier to Japanese automaker helpful.
